Tailored Experiences

SpringHill tailors camp for each age-group

Young kids (grades K-3)

This is the most critical age to start making an impact on kids and introducing the message of Jesus. These young kids have a very active imagination, are full of creativity, and love to play. Through specially trained staff, age-specific safety precautions, and a well rounded curriculum, we create a nurturing environment that intentionally meets kids where they are at developmentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Young teens (grades 6-9)

In junior high and early high school, kids are often influenced by peers and the media rather than just their parents. They are still searching and beginning to make decisions about who they are and what they believe. They crave more interaction with their peers, enjoy high energy situations in larger groups, and are most comfortable being open and vulnerable in small group settings.

Teens (grades 9-12)

Teens tend to crave more interactions with their peers and they enjoy high energy situations in larger groups. That's exactly what they will get. It's a large centralized camping experience that combines the fun and energy created by a large group dynamic, while still keeping hold of the value placed on the intimate relationship of counselor and camper.

Young adults/college students

Through serving and mentoring kids, leaders acquire hands-on ministry experience and learn to share their faith in creative ways. Many times young adults discover their life purpose and giftedness. During their summer at camp, they acquire many skills that will transfer to other life experiences and roles (work, ministry, marriage, etc.).
