Music Festival FAQ
How much does it cost?
Adults and children over 12 pay $50, children ages 5 to 11 pay $40, and
children under 4 enter free of charge.
One Day/Two Day Pass - Daily passes can be purchased at the gate for $30
per person per day.
Can I get a refund?
There are no refunds or exchanges for event ticket prices. Pre-paid housing
and camping reservations will not be refunded after August 15, 2008.
Can I bring a tent to camp in?
Rustic campsites are available for $20 for the weekend. Please
reserve a campsite prior to the event.
Can I bring a trailer to camp in?
Campsites with electric are available for $25 per weekend or with
full hook-ups at $30 per weekend. Campsites are limited and on a
first come, first served basis. You must pre-register to reserve these
sites.
Can we stay in a housing unit for the weekend?
Various housing units are available. SpringHill housing units are
available only to those 18 years of age or older. The

Can we bring fireworks?
Fireworks and large bonfires are not allowed on SpringHill property.
Can we bring a generator?
Yes, but generators must be turned off at night to avoid excessive noise
while campers are sleeping.
Can I bring or rent a golf cart?
SpringHill Camps will provide on camp transportation. Patrons needing
assistance should contact our Guest Services Department regarding
alternative options (231) 734 2616 and ask for Guest Services.
Can I park at my campsite?
All overnight parking will be in assigned parking lots.
Are there shower facilities on-camp?
Showers are located in all of our bathhouses and in the pool locker rooms.
Toilet facilities are placed throughout the grounds as well as in our
bathhouses and common area buildings.
Is there a curfew during the festival?
Quiet hours are from 12 midnight to 7 am. For security reasons, all camp
gates will be locked from 12 pm until 7 am.
Can we save seats during the festival?
Reserved seating is only for those with special needs.
“Seat-saving” is not
allowed in any of our venues. All concerts are general admission and
seating is on a first come first serve basis.
Is SpringHill equipped for my special need?
All of our common areas are wheelchair accessible.
Seating will be available in all of the music venues for people with
special needs. A host will be available at the venue to seat you.
Are we allowed to take pictures?
Out of respect for the artists, we ask that no flash photography be taken
during the concerts. Due to artist contracts no unauthorized video will be
allowed to be taken.
What type of behavior is expected at the concerts?
We at SpringHill love to jump straight up and down. For the safety of
others please no mosh pits, rioting or crowd surfing.
If I lose something, where do I find it?
There will be lost and found bins located in all major buildings and
bathhouses. If the item is not found in one of the bins, there is a form that
can be filled out in the welcome center. A host will then contact you if the
item is found. SpringHill Camps is not responsible or liable for any items
lost or stolen on its properties.
What if I forget to bring cash or spending money?
An ATM will be available on camp for the festival. Payment by all major
credit cards (except American Express) is accepted.
Can I bring young children?
Young children are welcome. Unfortunately, childcare will
not be provided at this event.
What do I do if there is a medical emergency?
If you need medical assistance or the facilitation of emergency care, a
doctor or EMT will be available in the New Frontiers Infirmary. The
infirmary is located on all maps and a camps host will also assist in these
matters.
Who do I call if there is a Medical Emergency?
Camp emergencies (231) 679-4460 or (231) 679-4461. For all other
emergencies call 911.
What can I not bring to camp?
The following are not permitted on SpringHill Camps property: pets,
alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, knives, unapproved firearms, fireworks
or explosives.
Is smoking allowed on camp?
Smoking is permitted but not inside any building or housing unit.
Who can answer my questions during the festival?
While on camp if you are in need of assistance camp hosts will be
available. They will be located in the welcome center that is attached to
the New Frontiers Dining Hall. Hosts are also available by radio. Contact
any staff member with a radio and they will locate a host for you.
