Payment Plans

If an installment plan would make payment easier, we will be happy to work with you.

Assurance Plan

If your employment status changes between the time you register for camp and the time your child attends, we will work with you to minimize the cost of camp.

SpringHill Assurance Plan

We understand the economy is uncertain. Here are some ways we want to come alongside your family to help your kids experience camp this summer.

Program Details
  • Available on all 2010 SpringHill summer camp programs (Overnight and Day Camps).
  • Available to all SpringHill summer campers.
  • If certain life-altering circumstances occur, you can choose from one of two options:
    • Summer camp cancellation: non-refundable deposit reduced by 50%.
    • Day camp cancellation: camper tuition will be refunded except for a $50 non-refundable deposit.
    • Summer camp tuition: reduced to 50% of the total cost of camp tuition or $250, which ever is lower.
    • Day camp tuition: We will reduce camper tuition by 50%.
Coverage in case of:
  • Involuntary unemployment
  • International employment transfer
  • Self-employed personal bankruptcy
How it Works
  1. Register for the summer camp program of your choice with a deposit.
  2. Should you experience any of the covered circumstances noted above, you may file a request for the Assurance Plan benefit with a SpringHill registrar.
  3. Upon benefit approval, the registrar will process your request according to the option selected.
