We want to help young people experience Christ in an environment that fosters personal, loving relationships and memorable learning experiences. Every summer, we host nearly 15,000 kids on two properties. Over 700 staffers keep things running smoothly--and we need you! We'll compensate you with a weekly salary, food and housing. interested in volunteering

Come and volunteer! We need help running all the activities, like the climbing wall, ziplines, tubing hill, crafts and more. We'll provide your housing and meals, and we'll even help out with gas money! For those interested in volunteering at our Michigan site, contact Carly Jones at cjones@springhillcamps.com. For those interested in volunteering at our Indiana site, contact Carey Edgren at cedgren@springhillcamps.com.

how to apply

1. Applications will be accepted from September 2008 thru July 2009.
2. Fill out an application online or download the one below.
3. In order for applications to be fully processed, each applicant will also need to submit four reference forms.

Reference forms can be completed online. It will be the responsibility of the applicant to make sure all four references are submitted in a timely manner.

Pay Rate

The base rate for staff is between $120-$180 per week, along with all housing and food provided, which is a value of $150 each week. You can earn an additional $30/week with our IMPACT program. IMPACT is a relationship-based program that allows you the opportunity to build a team support system for your summer experience at SpringHill Camps.
