Summer Camp Policies
If a camper needs to transfer to a different week or program, we will be
glad to transfer him or her as room allows. The first transfer for any
camper is free. Each additional transfer will be a $25 fee. Neither
deposits nor registrations are transferable to another camper.
Cancellations
Cancellations before May 4, 2009: $75.00 will be forfeited. If a sibling
is enrolled and has a balance due, the remaining refund will be credited
to their account, and additional credit will be refunded to you in the
form of a check within 4 weeks of receipt of you cancellation.
Cancellations after May 4, 2009 until 21 days prior to your child's
scheduled camp will result in a $150 forfeiture. Any additional credits
will be refunded in the form of a check within 4 weeks of receipt of you
notice of cancellation.
Cancellation within 21 days prior to your child's scheduled camp: half of
the camp fee is forfeited. Any additional credits will be refunded in the
form of a check within 4 weeks of receipt of your notice of cancellation.
No Shows for a scheduled camp will forfeit their entire camp fee. If a
camper needs to cancel, substitution of a sibling or friend is not
permitted. This applies to registrations and camp fees paid.
The registration department must be notified of all cancellations in
writing (faxed, mailed or emailed to
register@springhillcamps.com)
Note: Any camp fees forfeited will be put into our scholarship fund but
will not be treated as a donation.
